Our historic stone house is nestled in beautiful, ancient woodlands. Secluded. Secure. Private.
Situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty in the Vézère Valley, Dordogne, the UNESCO world heritage region and prehistoric capital of the world Les Eyzies de Tayac.
The historic property is the former commander’s house of the Knights Templar within the sites of the Hostelliere and the Abbey. The Knights Templar secured the ancient pilgrimage routes, perhaps the Way of Vézelay – Via Lemovicensis, to Santiago de Compostela, Spain.
